Yup. This actually is a naturally occurring imprint of dinosaur skin. Preserved dinosaur skin is rare, but the majority of it is Hadrosaurid. This may be due to the environments the animals preferred (sandy and near water, allowing for rapid burial), but it may also be due to the material that the scales themselves were made from.
Edmontosaurus was a kind of hadrosaurid (duck billed dinosaur). They were herbivores and they were huge. T-Rex found them especially tasty.
