We also offer a fully tracked service (Royal Mail 48 hrs), you can select this option at the checkout stage and it costs an additional £2.00 on top of the per weight price*. However if your order is over £75 we will provide this service for you for FREE!.
All our services are only guaranteed after we have dispatched your item. We try to get every order dispatched as soon as possible i.e. that day or the next. However, during busy periods we may not be able to dispatch your items straight away, but rest assured we will always do our best to make sure they are on their way to you as quickly as possible.
* If your order contains any single item of £50 or more in value it will automatically be placed on the tracked postage option.
