This stuff is a little bit mysterious but it is almost certainly a tektite, a kind of glass created during meteorite impacts. As the meteorite approached, the heat fused silicates into a vapour which travelled through the upper atmosphere, before condensing as glass and returning to the Earth as a secondary shower of debris.
These pieces have been drilled and set to make a tasteful drop pendant. Wear an amazing journey round your neck and share its story.
