Still a completely different world
South America splits from Antartica and moves up toward North America. Antartica gets its ice cap. Global temperatures start to drop and deciduous trees start to proliferate.Baleen whales evolve. Grass has been around since the cretaceous but modern grasslands and savannas and their associated ecosystems are still a long way off.
The Earth is beginning to be far more similar to the world we know, but frankly... it's still a little alien seeming.
